Origination and Sourcing

We build a qualified pipeline based on your investment criteria and originate opportunities through local networks and off market channels, with an initial filter to focus only on credible deals.

Underwriting and Investment Memo

For each shortlisted asset, we run full underwriting, model scenarios, define the value add business plan, and compile an IC ready Investment Memo to support a clear investment decision.

Execution and Closing

We coordinate due diligence with third-party experts, support negotiations and documentation, and supervise the closing workflow through the required registration steps. Batimmo does not handle, hold, or transfer funds: the client executes all payments directly to the relevant parties.
